Banbridge Nursery School

School Visitors

October 2013

Rick and his friends from the Big Bad Bass music group came to school to help us celebrate our Superheroes and Movie Characters day in aid of Special Olympics NI.

Our families helped us to raise £45 for this great cause.

November 2013

Mike brought his 'World of Owls' animals to visit us.

December 2013

We welcomed our families and friends to school to watch our performances of 'Toby's Christmas Drum'. The boys and girls put on two wonderful shows. Well done everyone!

On the very last day of term, Santa found time to make a very special visit to school while the children were enjoying their Christmas party.

January 2014

Travelling Book Fair arrived in school on the 31st January.

February 2014

David McKay from Tesco Banbridge presented us with a £30 voucher which we spent on fruit and vegetables to promote healthy snacks.

Adam McClure from the RSPB came to school to tell us about the Red Kite we have adopted. Our Kite has been named Carley.

A big THANK YOU to our postman Keith who called into school one very wet and windy Wednesday to collect our friendship postcards and deliver them to the homes of our boys and girls.

To help us to learn how to keep our smiles beautiful, Tim Holliday and Kirsty from Oasis Dental Practice visited us. All the boys and girls had the chance to check some teeth with one of Tim's dental mirror tools. Now, who will be able to complete their teeth cleaning chart?
